Payment Policy

Full payment is expected before we place and send your order. In the case of a credit/debit card transaction, we will acquire the funds using our payment gateway system. We accept credit and debit cards, including PayPal. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit/debit card bank has on file for you). Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

Refund and Return Policy

We shall gladly replace, refund or the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. We are unable to refund any digital products as conforming digital content (including ebooks, .pdf and .epub files, audiobooks and .mp4 files) defects and the download links that serve such content maybe be problematic. However we may resend digital information or render assistance in good faith.
